Melanie A. Ytuarte, C.P.A.
A native of San Antonio, Melanie graduated from St. Mary’s University with a Masters in Accounting. She and her husband have been together for over 16 years and enjoy spending time with their daughter, Kara, and their chocolate labs, Hunter and Duncan. Melanie supports her high school alma mater by mentoring at Business Careers High School. She also continues to support Alpha Phi both at St. Mary’s University and in the Alumnae Association with recruiting and various philanthropic activities, including, the annual food drive and the Baby Safe Place at University Hospital. In her spare time she enjoys reading, aerobic kickboxing and entertaining family and friends—especially during the Spurs basketball season.
