Masahiko “Masa” Kamata, C.P.A.
Masa received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 1993. Upon graduation, Masa joined a multinational company where he worked as a brand manager for a major consumer product line in Japan and Mexico. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Master of Taxation degree in 2002 and joined our firm in the same year. His primary practice area is in cost segregation studies, and he provides the service through our affiliate firm, Quality Cost Segregation Group, LLC. Masa is originally from Japan and became a proud citizen of the United States in 2002. His favorite times are spent with his daughters, Rachel and Jane, and his Golden Retriever, Simon.
